Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted listening devices are available for ticketed concerts by contacting the administrative offices.

Assisted listening devices may be checked out by contacting a staff member at the venue.

LISTEN brand FM Receivers with either standard headphones or neck loops available. Contact a staff member on-site to obtain one.

Elevators

The McGrath Amphtheatre is an outdoor music venue on a single level.

An elevator is located toward the back of the house that may be used by patrons to gain access to the Loge.

Elevators for the Alliant Energy PowerHouseare located outside the ticketed area. If patrons need access to an elevator after their ticket has been scanned, they may request an escort from any staff member.

Mother's Room

Accommodations are available for nursing mother's. Please see the guest services desk for assistance.

The McGrath Amphitheatre is a naturalized, outdoor park with no infrastructure. Our staff will make every effort to assist nursing mothers, including assistance readmitting mothers to ticketed events. However, accommodations are limited and nursing mothers are encouraged to plan ahead.

A Mother's Room is available in the DoubleTree hotel for guests who may want to nurse in private and/or pump during their visit to the Alliant Energy PowerHouse. If you have already entered a ticketed event and need to use the Mother's Room, please contact a member of our guest services team for an escort.

ADA compliant parking is located in front of the building.

Restrooms at the McGrath Amphitheatre are located on the south side of the venue.

Accessible seating is available for all events at ImOn Ice. For ticketed events sold through Ticketmaster, accessible seating can be purchase via Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Alliant Energy PowerHouse ticket office or ImOn Ice.
