Friedl’s Christmas at the Paramount is an annual holiday extravaganza at the
beautiful and historic Paramount Theatre in downtown Cedar Rapids! Mixing
traditional Christmas songs with contemporary Holiday favorites, it’s an
evening full of laughter and beautiful music. Featuring a dynamite six piece
band led by Luke Viertel, it’s just what you need to get you into the holiday
spirit! This year’s show features the Mt. Vernon Swingin’ Stangs Jazz
Band!

Amy
Friedl is an accomplished and versatile cabaret/jazz singer born and raised in
Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She made her Carnegie Hall debut in May 2018 as a featured
performer in “All the Way: The Music of Jimmy Van Heusen” produced by the Mabel
Mercer Foundation. Amy has performed her tribute shows extensively across the
Midwest: Tapestry: The Music of Carole King and Go Your Own Way: The Music of
Fleetwood Mac.
